There are two International Airports, both within 40 minutes drive of Largs:
Glasgow Prestwick - has cheap connecting flights to and from London Stansted with Ryanair
(book early for the cheapest flights).

There is a railway station at Largs - connections from Glasgow every hour. Takes about an hour. Timetables and Fares
Road
The quickest route from England is to go up the A1 to Scotch Corner, across the Pennines on the A66, then north on the M6 to the A74 into Scotland, then the M74 and M8 round Glasgow. Then off towards Irvine and Largs.Containers
There is a major container port at Greenock on the Clyde (Glasgow) 30 minutes away by road. The club has an arrangement with a local transport company to get containers to the club from the container terminal. Up to 20 containers can be stored on site.
